Frequently Asked Questions
NOTE: Our delivery is only available to customers living in a building with a doorman.

Q. How the delivery works:

  • First, you need to sing up for the service with us online.
  • Pick ups and deliveries will occur on Mondays and Fridays only and on selected holidays.
  • Your cleaned garments will be returned on your next service day. For example, if we pick up your order on Monday, your order will be returned to you on Friday.
  • Just contact us when you have dry cleaning to be picked up. You can use 2 easy ways to schedule your pickup:

1. Click under "Delivery" tab for "Schedule a Pick-up" and fill out the simple form.

2. Simply call us at (773) 807-8388 to schedule a pickup

  • Once a schedule has been established, you’ll bring your clothing down in the laundry bag provided by us to your doorman the night before your scheduled service day. (Pickups can occur as early as 7 am, so make sure you get your clothes to your doorman beforehand.)
  • On your next scheduled service day, we  will deliver your cleaned clothing back to your doorman.
  • For next day pickups, all requests must be submitted by 6:00PM for next day pickup. All requests receive after 6:00PM will be scheduled for next scheduled delivery day.
  • Emergency delivery service available for no charge

Q. What if I don’t have my laundry bag I need to leave clothing out for pickup?

Simply place your clothing in an ordinary bag and put your clothes out in the normal pickup location. If you are using your own bag, make sure to include a note with your name, address, and phone number in the bag. Your driver will pick up your clothing, and leave you with another bag for your next pickup date.

Q. What if I have a special instructions for my clothing?

Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.

Q. What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?

Simply call us at (773) 807-8388 or email us at support@dearborncleaner.com within 3 days and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
